Your right about Dave. Great guy.

The lead you gave me looks to be good. Just need to have a look at the venue for how to best set up. And thanks for that lead Ian.

What is the power by color breakdown, wasn't familiar where you started prior to adding the new blue.

(measured) 1.8W R, 1.1W G, 2W B. Chroma (sorry Rob!) says it should look purple. But it doesn't, it looks arctic white to my eyes and for reference; the light to the right of the photo is daylight through a window.

My next big gig is at the end of July at Park Hall (BAM nightmare)

Proper grinder of a gig that one; intelli lights, lasers, strobes and video projections, 6 hours setup time, 7 hour gig, 4 hour pack up.

I need to employ some more monkeys.

If you need to ask the question 'whats so good about a laser' - you won't understand the answer.

    our 4W RGB has a single (9mm, "original") nichia 1W blue in it, 1W laserwave green, and 2 x 1W laserwave 635nm.

The all lasers full tilt the beam is actually a red white. I pulled one of the reds, and it looks more "white".

The green struggles to keep up - I'd say equal parts of 445, 532 and 635 is perfect mix. Or, equal parts of 445 and 532, and double the amount of 650. Same same.

We are about to drop another watt of blue in. Poor little 532. will need more of that too.
