For a lens I use the AIXIZ 405 Glass- Fully Threaded-triple element. It gives a better beam then the 405-G-1 or regular AIXIZ glass/plastic.

Just a regular AIXIZ module here:Just DON'T use the lens that comes with this module, use the one I linked above.

Or this module. But again, use with the lens on the top.

    Hope this helps

I have some en route, or so I hope...
When I get them I will be sure to take some pics. I used their red holders for my dual 640 setup, and they worked great. If they work nearly as well as their red holders, I will be happy.

    Default O-LIKE

just a note for you guys
these o-like case might be ok if you drive these blue lasers at <400mw cw with a fan on pointedat them any higher and them case's will get hot,
i have had my blue running for a couple of hours in a big brass mount bolted down to a big base plate and that got quite warm,
so just a warning these babys kick out some heat

So does Aixiz modules have better thermal properties or is it the same?

I can imagine O-Like housings are better than Aixiz because they are finned, black and bigger

Personally I don't like the use of Aixiz mounts with these 445 for any more than testing puposes as they are not beefy enough.
If you are going to use the O-Like's with 445's running high powers then you will need further heatsinking or TEC cooling.
