    Almost, we are searching for a lens. your beam has a huge divergence, we have like 30% size of it but working to have it better with a second optic.

    Also you have a hell of a lot of scatter at the diode, this looks like your primary lens is something like a LOC collimation lens and these are not good for this. We use a different one but still as cheap and it has no local scattering.

    Our target is 3x3mm with < 1mrad and getting very close.

    Don't want to post anything until we have the right optics selection so as not to waste anyone's time.

    for example, i think it's possible to have a 3*3mm beam with 1mrad only 2 axis together.
    on the other hand, i don't know price....

    The only sheet I had seen links to was more of a brochure without the temp to wavelength graphs.
