Haven't got mine yet, but I am in the US. I would expect it to take about a week or so longer depending on customs.

Last night I spent some time with hobbybob to measure the wavelength of these diodes, definitely 660nm! I was a little disappointed with their brightness in a dual.

660 is dark but 250mw for a few quid aint a bad deal.

they are good for playing round with untill you have the money for 640 or 638

    Default Wavelength

I always thought that the LOC was 650nm. Are there different LOC wavelenghts? Recently I was told they are 655nm, now I hear they are 660nm. How do you know? I use a Coherent LaserCheck to measure power. It requires me to set the wavelength. Not that it makes a hugh difference in the measurement, but I would like to set it correctly when measuring output.

There is a relative simple do-it-at-home method described here: http://www.photonlexicon.com/forums/...2929#post42929
It is what we did, with an measurement error of around 1.5% - so good enough.
