I too would like to get the diodes in hand....that way we can see what is usable to each experiment. It would be nice to go ahead and place the order...and send them out so we can tinker a bit with them. I figure they are better than the 635's I used to fool with....but may go back to 635nm if these do not emerge soon.........prisms and keplerian tele.....here we go again But then again there is hydrothermally grown crystals that are capable of mega red at 658nm pumped with 442nm......Hmmmmmmm.........low % chromium with silicate of beryllium and aluminum grown in a platinum lined chamber.

Well WTF man... we can BS 442 with 445 adn there seems to be a lot of that lying around.
