yeah... it is cheap but for this quality i can do this cheaper and much better.... really. an electronic device without documentation doesnt show a good manufactor.
Hi,
As I have learnt - being able to do it cheaper, and actually being able to do it and make a profit (which is essential if you wish to continue to trade), are two different things.
I am not doubting your abilities - after all I know nothing about you, but if you can offer something better (and cheaper), I might be interested!
well im a german student in physical technologies. so i can tell you i can do this for original costs of 30 euro*. for this reason, i will create it next days. i will add an adaptive optic system and a laser beam-control to move the beam around via kind of a joystick. my last idea to focus the beam with a distance measurement could work to. this will be a fly lasergun^^
let me tell you, that every company include datasheets. o-like not. and the crappy driver (nothig more as a resistor on the emitter an a ttl input) shows you that the 1W diode is recommend for 700mW or less. so a good diode, a good cooler and a good driver will reach 1000mW continous load.
well, ... nothing against you but this istn ~190$ worth (15euro shipping - they will replace yours).
mmm... something like a shit driver?
if it losts 30% it's possible... 580mW on PSU = about 400mA on diode...
but i have to learn how power up the current...
also another thing... on the label on the drivers it said 12V AC/DC
on the little paper with the diode it says 12/15V DC...
has the driver the diode bridge? i can't see it on the board!
