    I am guessing since they are knife-edged that the mirrors are going on the narrow side so the rear diode's beam does not hit the mount for the forward diode

    or they could just be facing the wrong way lol

    I think they are the right way round, the render is just showing the main part of the mirror mount not the whole thing

    I assume you calculated in some space for the tecs underneath the diodes?

    I don't see them on the drawing.

    Dave,

    Make sure you check your beam orientation in relation to the prisms. You may want to do a vertical knife edge instead of horizontal (as pictured).

    Its a bit hard to see from the render, but the sub base holding the 2 diodes and mirror mount has space for a 3mm x 30mm x 30mm TEC, or if no TEC is desired just a bit of 3mm aluminium to keep beam height at 29mm

    ya it seems that you either need to knife edge vertically or turn the prisms 90*
