    I do not see anything wrong in the picture. Maybe you are confused. the beam comes out as a vertical thin stripe and diverge into a wide horizontal stripe.

    OK guys. Just got pricing back assuming a run of 20, and a complete kit of machined parts ( brass diode mounts and mirror mount, anodised Aluminium for the rest of the bits ) is going to run to around $290USD plus shipping.

    Also, if you don't want to use prisms, the combining module can be repositioned so the output aperture still lines up with the laser beam

    Is there still some interest? Maybe shoot me a PM or something if you would like in

    Also, what colour anodising?

    Does the kit include optics, tec & drivers or only the mechanical parts?

    just the mechanical parts. user would need to supply tec ($15 from digikey) lenses, prisms and diodes and driver

    ya but that has a warranty, and the work is done for you

    how can the chinese build an enitre green laser for a hundred bucks and we cant build a chunk of aluminum for less than 3x that?

    we need to get the chinese to start making said chunks of aluminum lol
