Dear Heroic, I am not trying to impose anything. I only post my opinion. Take it or leave it. Makes no difference to me. As for personal requirements, lol, having a bad hair day?

Can't we kiss and make up?

Heroic, I sent you an olive branch by PM, yet you still want to be like this? I tell you what, tell me what that word is, in a PM if you please.

I await the enlightenment with anticipation.

    Peace.

The beam is not as tight as it could be, but this is perfect for me at this stage of my laser hobby! At least I have money to spare on other items later such as dychro, red and blue lasers...

Advertised as 150mW, however read the above link... Mine is on it's way.

EDIT: I have decided. The winner is................................................ ........ DT30's. It's only money, made to go around...

Dave, please check your PM inbox. Thanks to all that have commented and offered advice.
I was one of those on LPF that received that same 150mW rated Laser
    and mine runs at 360mW...

I then ordered another one and to my surprise it was only doing just
under 200mW and TEM01... I contacted the seller and he asked me to
adjust the current to get TEM00. It is now at TEM00 but only at 165mW...

Yeah... the Seller was selling it rated at 150mW and it is certainly doing
that. Hope you get a beast like my 1st one..

I guess this is part and parcel of buying such cheap parts from China. A bit of a lottery. As you say though, at least it matches or exceeds the advertised specifications. I found the seller pretty helpful, we exchanged a fair few emails before I purchased.

I'll advise how mine performs when it arrives, although I don't have access to a LPM I can compare performance against the many 10-100mW 532's I currently own.

    Cheers,

    Wayne.
