    I use the 405-g-1 lens I think its called the 405-g-2 lens now. I believe it was also sold as sg-1 lens some time ago.

    The mirror can be removed from the mount if it breaks. I am sending one extra mirror to anyone who buys one in case they break it. Also, any mirror that is around 1mm thick can be installed in the mount.

    The mirror substrate can easily handle the small curve required. It's really important to have the mount secured when making the initial adjustments. Also, the laser has to be tuned on and pointed at the mirror when adjusting. If you are not watching the spot while adjusting you will definitely over do it and break the mirror. It doesn't take much force to get the desired curvature in the mirror. Usually less than a 1/4 turn on the adjustment screws.
