Also, have search on here for MatILDA. These are pre built buffer boards at a reasonable price from some good guys here on the forum.

I can build you a buffer if you want

I have the same issues your reporting with some ADAT shows playing out of my soundcard dac... mine was made and calibrated by james

I built a couple of the buffers, it helped alot where i used the laserwave modules. The other trick i found and switched to was using DZ's correction board to dial in offset perfect for the red 635 turn on then cheat the offset on my 660 drivers flexmod to get them both to laze at the exact same time.

DZ's board also allowed correction for the green turn on as well.

I then ran pallet wizard in pango and setup all the delays.

After this I tweaked the gain/offsets on the soundcard to give the best output for the dac, that feeds the CC board.

With all done now I have scene great improvements, nothing is really missing anymore a couple little issues but nothing to bad.
I could probably get it better if I bought and setup CC boards for each DAC, but for now good enough.

I'd use the maxwave file and tweak your SC dac as depending on the laptop/usb voltage settings will vary. It is really hard imo to have it pre-calibrated.
