If there is some entrance fee left over after I payed the venue I will also use it to buy you drinks. so if everyone comes and pays there will be free coffee in the morning.

Hi, what kind of location is it, do we need to bring tables and foldable chairs or is it a kind of lanparty setup?
What about power cords, long cables?
Just to be sure.

@Hobbybob, can you lend me an ilda cable, my controller is build in to the waser (wood laser box).

Do i bring gear like soldering kit and some basic tools for modifying my waser setup. Perhaps i can add the purchased items directly. Hopefully it will work better when i leave ;-)

There will be enough tables and chairs like a lanparty setup, and there will be a stage where will put all the projectors to work in the evening.

But everyone please take enough cables powercord, walloutlets lancables with you to be self supporting.

And if someone can take some long lancables so we can wire from desks to stage it would be great!

Ans yes bring equipment we have all day to drewl over each other equipment and test/improve/modify stuff.

I have a slight problem .... My laptop charger died last monday and I do not have a new one yet (dealextreme is slow as we all know)... Does anyone happen to have a spare laptop charger for me to borrow? My laptop is a Dell Lattitude D830 and it needs a 90 watt Dell adapter.

The person who can help me out will be rewarder with drinks and a lot of gratitude!

I will bring the Beamer you requested and Look Solutions Unique 2.1 hazer and fluid (Francesco also wanted to see it).
Also i can bring some powerdistribution boxes (Haspels, 25,40 of 50m ?)
Or i could bring my 400V/32A lanparty box, this will give us 6x16A secured by automatic fuses. But then you need a 32A 3 Phase connector. From there we could run 6x16A to the desks and stage.
I also will bring 2x 50m ethernet cable.

@Philip Jansen: You are probably very busy but: Please respond to my PM's as i want to pick you up but don't know where you live !

We are always short in power distibution so please take it with you.

I don think its needed to use 400V distributer as we only have some laptops and some lasers and a hazer.

I'm also not sure if there is a 3phase availeble
