99,99% of the cops do not know all the rules.
Who do you believe, a cop saying some stupid things in a newspaper, or the official documents made by the government I posted.

Lab lasers are not in the category laserpointers en laser gadgets and therefore legal.

well i got an easylase now and very soon a QM2000.
because im going to do 3D lasershows.
Im still waiting for the QM2000 to arrive to work with it.
But well here comes the epic part: No laser projector yet.
Im buying a RGB projector from mccarrot.
I think Im going to rent a projector in the meantime I'll try to arrange that as soon as possible.

maybe I can prepare some shows without the projector but It's easier for me to do it with the realtime projector so I can avoid flicker better

    Equipment I will bring.

    My computer with QM2000 (LD2000 pro) =3

I am hoping that MCCarrot will take his beamer with him, cause i want to see those new showtime video shows i have on my disk (audio video and laser graphics).

Not sure if i am right but i tought IIIA was allowed IIIB isnt. (<5mW)
also pointers above 5mW can harm people therefore they fall under weapons and so are not allowed.
except if you have a license for it.
to have pointers above 5mW legal you should have permission of or be a LSO (laser safety officer) and you need to be in a controlled envoriment (lab etc.) where the safety is guaranteed.

this is what the VWA told me 1-1,5 year ago when i informed about it.

aside of that the equipment i will bring:
    2x 1 watt RGB
    2x 500mW Green
    2x RGV 560mW

    3x FB3
    3x Ilda splitter
    laptop

same equipment as used in this movie ^^ http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6NKvhQn5KP0

and mayby when it is in working condition 5 watt RGB
