Yep. We really need to see an 'attendance roster' to-see if we can get this covered... I mean, I and a couple others will-be happy to 'chip in', but not too-keen on being the one left 'holding the bag' for all the costs, if we book the place, but few-show...

If I was a skjilionaire, no-problemo, it's really not that much $$, but, right now, everything is 'metal on metal...

Would be great if you came down, have you been to Cali?
ive been really busy with Non-Laser related stuff lately, just trying to get some other stuff going, but otherwise, been doing good.
This month has really sucked (laser show wise), but hopefully things pick up!

anyways,,, hopefully Greg and Jon, can get the location and date set, so we can start planning a 1st ever SoCaLeM.....

..So, if everyone, here, actually *books*, that'd be (based-on an ~$1200.-bill - perhaps a little 'less' for a "discount", but perhaps a little 'more' for extra hours / 3Ø / water...) about $80.-each, plus I'm sure we'd all wanna chip-in for füd / beer / strippers (jk!!) etc... Figuring about $100.-each, we'd have a decent-budget for this place...

Now, one 'other' possibility, is a place we were working-on doing regular Laserium-shows at, that, for various-reasons, I think we're gonna 'pass' - However, it's a pretty decent place for a LEM...

GREAT sound-system (it's a sound-studio), some LED-fixtures, some truss, good-size stage, (think: 'bounce mirrors'! ) room for ~300 peeps, w/ seats, kitchen/fridge, good bathrooms, water / 3Ø, etc - I think I can bag the place for $800. / night, all-in (...well, excluding food, etc...) and I am sure we could prolly stay till 1am-ish, noise won't be a problem. And it's in Canoga Park, so, not too bad of a locale for most peeps...

Don't really have a 'website' ...I'll try and get pix... I think it's a pretty-good bet...
