I am finally home in one piece...
After the huge cockup on the M11 big accident, the boat ride went fine to Dunkirque.
I ran up the stairs, was still unpacking an another "regular'' sailing bloke came up and wanted to sit in my spot ;-) Too late mate.... i always sit here (grrrraaarrrwwww....)

Had a good trip, still am in shock of the diesel price in the UK, i thought Holland was expensive, my god ! 1.41 POUND for a liter ! It's the same in Holland except here it's 1.41 EURO, zo is a difference of like 10-15%....

Anyway, i am going to drink a nice cuppa (or a cuppa brew, which i am not allowed to say anymore from Rob;-) and then off to bed.
It took me 13 hours in total to get home, but it was worth it all, looking forward to the photo's and movies of the other guys, especially Yags pictures and movies of Andy (made with Dan's camera ???)

Will check the FTP as well to see if new stuff came in..

Thanks to all, and see you in July (Showlem) or in September again ;-)
    I didn't fail !

Glad you got home safely Dimitri. It's a long for you to come, but it wouldn't be the same without you now.

Hopefully see you at the ShowLEM in July.

    Take care

What can I say but WOW! Thanks everybody for making me so welcome and taking the time to answer my endless questions.

    Fantastic builds and people.

I'll be there the whole weekend for the next one with my build which I'm hoping will be well on the way by then.

I did forget a number of things so will be asking quite a few questions on the forum over the next few weeks - took all that time to find and pack a tape measure then didnt measure the bits I needed to

Apologies for the late post, crazy busy week, straight from Surfleet to Windsor to Manchester and working ever since!

Thanks to everybody for a great weekend, loads of great stuff as always, Chris and Paul's new RGBs both fantastic, Rob's new shoebox blue/green definitely the star of the show, just phenomenal!

Dan's scope up and working great to see, and fantastic photo's from the away party!

Many thanks to Jim for organising this as always, and managing to conjure up enough magic electrons to fire up the two gas beasties, as well as the scopeasaurus!

Thanks to Dimitri for the mug, waffles and the software upgrade and shows!

Great to see everyone again, I've hundreds of photos, but here are a few blurred offerings:-

    Rob,
    Great photos. Loving the captions!

By the looks of where his thumb is, the one of the YAG and Dimmers should read "Ow OW OW OWW!!!
It looks like it's passed clean through your thumb though

Both the thumbs up picture as well as the JMJ laserharp picture i was holding my fingers a few centimeters behind the beams (40W is scary shit m8!).
But i must admit it looks like the top of my thumb is hit ;-)
But then i wouldn't be smiling.
    I didn't fail !
