There is 3phase there but I think it's only a 100A board. I can get a 63A breaker but you will have to supply 10mm+ cabling & plugs/sockets for it I am afraid, the biggest length of any cable I have is only 4mm square section.
There are taps on the bogs and a sink drain outside.
Just bring everything pipe wise you have and I will bring my lot as well.
I may bring the Lexel 88
