    The reason for using hollw stock is so that they can also be used with dichros if you want to pass a wavelength as well, there's a gap!

    Yes, I asking for the add on.
    And with your tip I found some alu (angle10x10) and I cut a 8mm piece and PRESTO
    Its ok its just 1mm thick?

    Hey Andy nice job....when you gonna come around and see me....I live 10min from you now mate and the offer has been open for months(I was even going to come up from Clacton to Braintree to see you)

    I have a 1Watte 532nm in the pipeline round about 2 weeks from now.

    (I use bits of cardboard,Prittstick and all kinds of balancing tricks to align two 1W reds a 300mW green and a 1W blue for my rgb projector,takes a few minutes usually)

    Nice work, even with the mirror mounts on a front porch.

    How about some final beam shots? Does it pop balloons? Just kidding!
