Still not 100%.
100% i WANT to come. 50/50 Maybe. Maybe for a few hours at least.
Maybe just me, Maybe Mystrys and me, maybe not at all, but hoping for both of us. Some family issues (everyone is well--nothing life threatening)
The FB3 and Pangolin ShawnB was talking about in another thread....if I come, should I bring it (not bringing any gear.... still not finishedGrrrrrrr. my fault. lack of time)?
For those in town Friday evening -
We're planning on gathering at Calhoun's on the River (Knoxville riverfront) around 6PM (ish) Friday evening for dinner, brews, and chillin' prior to Saturday's festivities:

If we haven't already discussed via PM, chime in if you think you'll be there so we'll know how many to plan for.

We'll miss those of you who can't make it, but it's certainly understandable at this time of the year. To everyone who is still coming, I'd say if you've got laser-related stuff that isn't a huge ion laser, throw it in the car and bring it down! Its great to see all of the projects people are working on, even if they're not complete (and let's be honest, when is any laser project REALLY complete) I think most people coming to this LEM will arrive with DIY gear in various states of completion. If you've got peripheral gear, bring that too as it may come in handy.
Dinner tomorrow night is a great idea! I hope everyone planning to come has other members' phone numbers so we an all connect when people get to town. If you don't, shoot me a PM and I'll give you mine.
I'm not going to be able to make it this time. The weather has put me behind on some projects and I will need the weekend to get caught up. I'm really disappointed. I wish you all well and will be looking forward to another LEM.

I couldn't agree more!
Thanks so much to everyone who came out and participated. We really transformed the club with so many lasers! It was great getting set up early enough so we had time to rock out a lot of laser shows before switching to DJ mode. I think everyone who came to see the show was blown away. Special thanks to Randy and Adam for all of the advice and help setting up the event. I'm constantly impressed by the commitment this community has to these kinds of events.
Now we just need to pick a good weekend in the spring for KnoxLEM II!
