    Yes, Im very interested in the HL63133DG diodes too. Lets try something different here.
    They do 170mw at a minimum of 632nm so the beam has 20mw more and the wavelenght is lower so their for more visible It would be great to have these diodes in my 8 setup combiner

    Not my own experience, but I has read in german Laserfreak that the beam specs are comparable to the 642's.

    This feels well enough for me. Now I hope for a good price.

    Pardini, Thanks you for giving the info on the HL63133DG diodes. For allot of people this could be the way to good reds.

    According to the datasheets they have the same exact typical divergence. However I don't know if there is any difference in the emitter size.

    it naffs me off they dont put emitter size in the spec sheets
    after all its a big decider as to if the diode is any good for what ever your going to do with it
