In the photos, the dominant line also looks like 630nm, not 640nm. If memory serves me correct the dye used in PDT had an absorption band 630-633nm, so a dominant 640 line would have been of little use....

yeah, you're right, but I'm just observing that, in 'real-life', the 'darker / blood-red' of the-two, is clearly perceived as dominant, power-wise, with this particular head / mix...
I should shoot some 642 next to the two lines, prism-sep'd, and see 'what's watt'...

But 30W RGB? Bring it on!
