so the case is 10cm high outside.

so interanal you have aprox 8cm Hight.

If you put in a 1cm baseplate you only have 7cm Hight, this will be a very tight fit.

For the aperture window you could also drill a 55mm hole and a 55mm filter if you mount the galvo close enough to the window.

hmm, well this would indeed be to tight to fit in.
bax-shop solved the problem with my case. if everything goes well i will receive a new case tommorow, wich is alot bigger and better build.
i can send the other one back monday.
i hope TNT delivers tommorow!

EDIT: does someone has a hole saw?
i need it at the lem.

EDIT: nvm dont need a holesaw anymore.
I'l take the case i have now with me to carry everything, but i wont drill in it.
baxshop didnt send the new case yesterday due to a "technical error".
*sigh*
i'm going to put the projector on the baseplate by edison, and just leave it on there.
No casing. i'l do that when i am home again, i expect the new case to be delivered tuesday now.

EDIT2: i really am trying to get there tommorow, but i am not feeling to well today.
If i am sick tommorow it has to be 40 degrees celcius flu or il try to come anyway's ^^
and if im sick then i will spare energy to walk outside and throw something on the concrete very hard.

but i still expect to come over there tommorow.

hmmm no i can only take care of a 250$ laser eye treatment. no guarantee if you have a visual sight improvement after the treatment.

meh no i'l leave my 1.4W pointer at home or would someone like to see it? (or does hobbybob say no?)

i have gotten some screws but some are longer then 2cm...i would appriciate it, for it may happen that i need them ^^

The lasermation project will likely not be perfected yet, but It will work
I might need to do some last aditional fixing on the lem but it will be working there

i have a large assortment of "screws" with me tomorrow, if you don't want the casing just bring it along, we can recylcle the material

and assistence is what a lem, especially one like this, is all about.
