I cant imagine someone who wouldn't on the PL.... well maybe lack of space, but overall anyone would.

Reminds me that I soon need to save up for a mixer to combine with my 3ds max animating for facial expressions
and also save up for a touchscreen later (not finger sensitive but with a tablet pen).
I got a tablet now but well drawing flash stuff is alot more practical when using a touch screen
