Ok I got everything out, tried pushing that metal mount of the OC from different angles but did not get any lasing
The front part looks like in the picture below, if this says something.

I dunno matt, I don't know if I can do it on my own :/ Would rather send it to you, since you did it before.

IF its that far bent, its gone. You may be beyond the fatigue angle.

Wow. I have to say that is one of the the most thorough and helpful videos I have ever seen! I read about this alignment procedure on Sam's FAQ but could not quite figure out to perform it in real life. I have several JDSU cylindrical ion lasers with low power and one that just shows a blue light. I am definitely going to try this procedure on them. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience.

    Default UPDATE!!!!

Hey everyone. Matt was too kind enough to send me the tube he used in the video tutorial because mine ( which I sent it to him for repair ) was almost dead. I asked him if he had any diff gratings for sale and he included 4 of them for free The new tube arrived today and is working perfectly I just wanted to let everyone know that my "case" has been closed for now and that matt is one badass friend. Yes, a friend for me. I will try to post some picture of it asap It was worth waiting so much for a working argin. Nothing can beat this colors imo

10000 thanks Matt, your rock buddy!
