I now have a PSU, so the head might finally get fired up; don't know if the PSU works, but it onlycost me $10! It's 115V, hoping to convert t0 230V (hence why I want a manual), but I'll have to run it from my 110V transformer for the moment.
Looks like you edited your post (E-mail notification I got was a little different). Anyway, I meant Paul . He should be on the laserists FB group and I know he still checks in here from time to time. You might have met him at the UKLEMs? The PSU I had was 110V as well unfortunately.

Best of luck getting it up and running!

I managed to contact Patrick, he was most helpful but unfortunately he's not permitted to release a service manual or circuit diagram
He did send me a copy of the operating manual though

Reading the manual was revealing, it seems the PSU I have is no good for my laser head The KR1801C that I bought is only good for the larger HeCd heads, I have the smaller one (IK****R-BR), so I need the KP2014C or IM120C PSU.

Edit: I could be wrong, I found an old catalogue listing the KR1801C as compatible with the IK****R-B heads. Only one way to find out
    What could possibly go wrong????
