When God said “Let there be light” he surely must have meant perfectly coherent light.

    Morning,

Oi up, save me a table too wont'cha I feel a significant disadvantage cos I turn up late Friday night!!! so save us a seat, and enough room for my macbook thank you!

I'll figure out how I'm gonna sort my Long ILDA cable when I get there.. got a carload of stuff and about 300 metres of cat5 - so if anyone is short..

Mr Stanwax Laser san, please don't forget NEOS - I spent most of last night waking up my neighbors Kids grinding bits of Ali, and I've still not finished so I think my ATOF/Galvo combo will have to sit this one out.. I did bring my dremmel, so with Jim's permission and if I can be arsed I'll carry on grinding in the carpark. (Don't start..)

Other than that, I think I remembered everything.. I forgot an adaptor to connect the hose to the tap in the bog, so if anyone has one and can bring it along, that would be cool.. (otherwise I'll have to buy one)

Think thats me sorted, just a few provisions to pick up and to work a days work and I'll be on the road.

    I can't wait.. I our LEMS.

    See yahs tonight!!

Bit short notice but I'm going to bring a Digital O-scope ( Tektronix TDS 220 ). If anyone wants to buy it make me an offer ! Going price on Flea-bay is about ~£500. It's in great condition, hardly been used - I'd say a few hours tops. Also comes with 2 probes and I have manuals kicking about somewhere that I'll dig out soon.

At the least, I'm sure someone will find a use for it at the LEM.

    Edit:

Also have a degaussing wand if anyone wants it - Looking for ~£10 for that.
