If you read back in this thread, I've already offered to put in cash to run my Performa and cover the water, it would be nice if others bringing high amp monsters would contribute too - Initially I thought I was the only one bringing something with such large utility requirements but apparently not.

So if people want to chip in then more the merrier - my reasoning for wanting to contribute cash was twofold in that I want to get some decent run time in, plus I don't want the hall to be out of pocket / trash our good reputation.

So peeps, whos willing to pay in for this? I think this should only include those who need greater than 16Amps ?

I honestly don't think any one of us would object to throwing a few pennies into the pot to cover the leccy... Even those of us who only have little itsy bitsy teeny weeny lasers

I LOVE to see the big gassers and scopes etc and am happy to contribute

Hurrah, just got back from California road trip. Time to pack me thinks.

Hi guys

Does anyone have a means of powering up a couple of ALC60 type heads ?
as i dont have any power supplies
The heads dont have the proper cables fitted this is the way i got them

Basicly all they need is 90ish volt`s DC Anode/Cathode & 3v AC for the filament

They also dont have ignitor boards fitted but i may have one that i can conjure up

If any one can help i will bring them along on friday

I reckon guys, if everyone through the doors is asked for £2.00 this will easily cover the costs of the leccy/water used. This will keep us in very good books with the hall peeps

We do have £111.00 towards the next UKLEM Surfleet so would everyone rather me use some of that?

I am good for either way to chip in on the leccy/water fund but I just hope I get to see some of these big lasers in action of Friday night as I'm coming back home Saturday.
