Thats ok mate,
Would be a fairly long journey for the both of you, plus you wouldn't get any (of the huge wads of) cash (that you lads want to hire the scope) as I'm doing it for free for the community.
Should be ok tho, Rain does wonders for visability.
However - I have seen two more scopes for Auction.. hmmmmmmm.
Apologies everyone for the late posting, had to head up t'north for a big job straight afterwards!
Great meet, definitely best so far, the three monster lasers in the car park was almost as brilliant as the fact that the chippy did gravy! UKLem should put on a show for the village, the audience is already there!
Many thanks to everyone, especially Jim for putting this all together and working so hard to make it great!
Some shouts (and apologies to all I've forgotten, I am rubbish at names!)
Rob (Stanwax) It is so great the amount of time you put in to helping out people with their projectors, everytime I went in the kitchen a new patient was on the table!
Tony (Aztec) Thanks for your help with tweaking up my blue, and your new laser is a monster!
Chris (Badger) Your little projector is just incredible, beautiful colours!
Dan (Briggs) Sheer dedication in dragging your piddling scope upstairs, never did see that big blue outside though! That little thing is an awesome piece of kit!
Andy (Con) very impressed with your blue modules, and even more so with your incredible photos!
Kev (Ski) Still blowing everyone away with your monster baby RGB!
Nige (Gashead) Total dedication bringing your beast, great to see it scanning!
Dimitri (Bob, Hobby) Thanks again for the Waffles, jokes and great conversation, your new GB projectors have convinced me to convert mine! Many thanks again for delivering lasers from Holland!
Adrian (RGB) Always a pleasure, your tiny little projector packs quite a punch as well! (and I didn't mention the key!)
Paul (Bluesky) Always a pleasure to sit alongside you and see your increasingly powerful arsenal, which is the best way to describe the ballistic power of that lot!
Ritchie (and son, apologies for forgetting your name!) I have never seen model planes like that before! Absolutely incredible!
Pyjamas (Master PJ) I don't even know your real name! Pleasure to meet you and some very interesting laser content!
Ryan (Robotarmy) I love the fact that you swear more when it works, than you do when it doesn't! , Amazed to see all that old kit not only fire up, but actually put up a pretty incredible show by the end! Though I'm not sure buying another three gas lasers at the meet was healthy!
Graham (The DJ) Thanks for providing the soundtrack once again!
Rihard (Soforene) Still can't believe how bright that pointer is compared to the big boys outdoors!
Mark (Insanity) and Simon (Pitbull) A second scope makes things better, and a smaller, more compact and less piddly one too!
Jem Sorry you had such a grim weekend, but glad the outcome was no worse, hope you're enjoying the other green hene! (they're so pretty!)
Carl Masterful Harp playing! Shame you couldn't stick around longer!
Again, apologies if I forgot anyone, I know I did!
Awful blurry photos as if taken by a babboon:-
Some men in some light:-
Spectacular! (Not bad laser either)
Vintage Lasertech Argon, though probably not a very good place to leave the roses:-
Guess who? :-
No need for 40watts, 300mW is fine outside (shit load of smoke required, big shit load!)
More men in more lights, it is possible a habit is developing:-
To the left of the computer, a Maom wrapper can be spotted, source unknown.......:-
Man/Dan and machine:-
I just liked this picture:-
Inside Lasertech projector, loudspeaker scanners and structural sticking plaster visible:-
Ryan's beast lives!
Reliving the first UKLEM with an all green extravaganza (Paul's, Tony's, Andy's and my projectors):-
Source of shit load of smoke, note handy auto function! :-
8 Watts of green (envy) :-
Halfway through packet of waffles (thanks Dimitri!):-
Beams of light cage fearsome smoke machine:-
Three big fellas outside:-
Ryan's beast again, that might also be Ryan:-
New scope on the block:-
Thanks to everyone who shone their coherent light upon my shiny disco balls, and taught me not only about chops, but that there ain't no party like an S-Club party!
Hopefully see you at the next one!
I think thats me? am I right? if so do you mind if I copy it as it would make a nice profile pic I think.Guess who? :-
No worries with the blue, it helps me learn aswell.
I have now got a second quad for my Beast, so should be about 2 watts of red when PBSed, just got to find time to do it, maybe one day build a case.
Cheers Tony
Rob;
Enjoyed the caption work as always
Cheers!
