Do your galvo's make a screeching sound?
You might be overworking your galvo's
Or they are getting a bit too hot

Also notice the square weirdness...down on the photo the square line goes up from left to right.
But the at the top of the photo the line goes up from right to left...
You can see it because my wallpaper behind it.

EDIT: tried moving the galvo's in their mount today....no effect. the square keeps being a weird square as described above this edit.
like i said scan angle does not matter, the box/square/retangle keeps doing weird.
i guess its the software then?
where can i try to chance this?

Ok, I'll say it again, just in case it goes in this time....

If your lines are not at 90 degrees to each other, check that the scanner mirrors are straight in the slot in the galvo shaft.

If they lean foward or backward even slightly, you will get squares that lean.

Also, the distortion is because you are too fast/too big. Reduce either one to restore the image quality to what it should be, but if you still have the tilted lines, check the mirrors are glued in straight.

You are using Bonetti's defense against me, ah?

I thought it fitting, considering the rocky terrain.

    They are not glued.
And they dont seem to lean...
    Speed/angle does not matter much.

I tried putting the projector straight facing to the wall and its better now, but still i got the lines not being straight.

Well, there's your problem.... If they weren't glued, they'd fly off.

Norty, You have the patience of a saint....
I'd actualyl promised myself I wasn't going to post on any more of these threads because it winds me up, and yet here I am again!

I think its part incomprehension, part language barrier and partly something else....

You actually posted exactly what I stopped myself from doing.... mirrors aren't glued???! How do they appear to be held in place then?

They are in the mount tightened by a screw.

Maybe this will clarify what norty is trying to say

Recklessly interfering with Darwin’s natural selection process, thereby extending the life cycle of dim-witted ignorami; thus perpetuating and magnifying the danger to us all, by enabling them to breed and walk amongst us, our children and loved ones.
