Default Ilda Test Pattern aint doing normal

So....after playing around with the DAC i received yesterday...
i decided to run the ilda test pattern wich is build into the RIYA settings application...
i have the phenixtechnology 30k scanners set wich is pre-tuned by the manufactorer.......and they made sure no one else will ever be able to re-tune them.

    this is the result:

Judging on the pincushion distortion, you're close to a wall.
Therfore the angle has to be large to project this large.
    ....probably too large.

reduce your size untill it looks good.

    i tried adjusting the size.
Ive tried the ilda 30k ilda file...wich has a big retangle among it. and the riya settings application wich has no big retange among it.
Both have the lines/retangle among the test frame not running 90 degrees., just like shown in the photos.
for info: i openend the ilda 30k test frame file in ild sos for testing....and with ild sos i decreased the size of the image. No changes.
However the middle of the real 30k test pattern file is set well. but the box around it is not, just like with the riya settings app.

Also with shows and other ilda files, if it has a retangle its just easy to notice the retangle's are not 90, 90, 90 and again 90 degrees. the lines of the retangle are crooked/skew.

I know very little about this but shouldn't you be setting the software to scan ILDA 30 K pattern at 8 degress?

Try that and see what the result is.

well the company who sold it to me(phenix) said it was 30kpps at 20 degrees.
i thought if they were sure of that, and they were.

i just tested the 12k scan file...when its made less larger the circle goes into the middle of the retangle. if it scans at a bigger scan angle the circle is way out of line.
the 30k scan file simply cant be made alot bigger...because there is a very large retangle around it.

but in both test patterns and sizes, the retangle lines are not 90 90 90 90 degrees.
