Permit for a meet?

Since when do you need a permit for sitting in a garden with 10 people.
or is he planning a afterparty?

I think it is not wise to change the date 1 week in advance because everyone already have made plans/reservations.

I agree with the part of shifting the dates, i really looked forward to this.
But when you want to play music , like you already said it's only going to be dark at 22.35hrs so that's after 10PM and in most counties/cities that is the limit when you have to stop making noise.
And remember, since he is still living with his parents, they make the rules.

Let's wait and see the message he sends out.

sorry and yes i'm aware of this.. i'm blaming this one on my parents for mentioning my resit week this late.
also i don't really need a permit.. but if people will complain about the music then we have to break down the whole event during the night. We do not want that... it's close to the city.. and there is a risk people might complain.. but on the other hand their might be no trouble.. anyhow i don't want to risk the trouble of getting fined for the night. don't worry though i know the mayor well enough :3

People i'm sorry for the incovenience once again.
the date is indeed moved the the 25th.. this to serveral reasons mentioned above.
i can get a permit for both the 23th or the 25th.
hobbybob can go on the 23th and some people can't go the 25th because of awakenings.
if you can go please take a bit of time to say that you are able to come on the 23th, else it will stay on the 25th. i'm considering the 23th so that we can still have some more people come to this lem

Again i miss the month
As i said in my PM i will be able to make it 23 of JULY.
But if push comes to shove i can make it the 25th of june too.
Only then a lot of people we know are going to Awakenings (McCarrot, Cyberbob, Srs etc).

So if need be, i can be there on the 25th as well.
But whatever you do, make a decision and don't change it please. I kept this free for weeks, turning down parties, lanparties, motortrip weekends etc... and now you just change it. So no hard feelings, but stop shifting ! ;-)

Hi you all,

The date that fits me the most is the 23 of june because the 25 i'm at Defqon 1. Lots of lasers over there tough. This event is from 11 in the morning till 11 in the evening...
