Yes I have a place we can sit in in case it rains.
Also inside there should be space for everyone, but outside should be more preffered as we then even got more space.
A tent will be arranged

Nice work PJ.
I can bring my 32A 3-phase to 230V convertor boxes.
These convert 1 32A 3Phase connection into 6 separate 16A earthleaked connections.

This way you can safely hookup 6x16A's all groups with their separate automatic fuse and every phase earthleaked (so 3x2 groups of 230V that are earthleaked).
I have 4 of those boxes, so in case you want to go nuts you can go up to 24 groups of 16A ;-) Provided you got 4 32A 3-phase connections.

Also i got like 5 x 50m cables (haspels?) and like 8x25m and 1 or 2 40m cables to distribute from the 3phase boxes. Let me know if you need them, we can decide how many you need depending on the number of attendees.

I will have a look on how many cables i need.

I will try my best to get those other 3-phase connectors with socket fixed.
at least 1 3-phase connection is already ready for use.
