i dont like the colour of the lid, its looks better in the pic than it does in real life. i want to try a matt blue next

with the beam knife edged very very close -
no prism pair i get 4mm at apeture and 40mm at 18 metres
with a prism pair i can get anything from 15mm to 35mm at 18 metres but at apeture you get 5-6mm.
if i knife edge them any closer i will loose to much power so i might as well not use 4 diodes.
so looks like no prism pair for multi diode setups.
