Mini 1watt 445nm build

this is a mini 1watt 445nm build ive been working on, it measures 70mm L x 45mm W x 30mm H

it contains a single 445 diode, prism pair and driver.

i hope to make a couple more shortly

Nice..made a couple some months ago 82 x 32 x 30mm. Tec cooled and sealed........... Can set up as dual diode with a machining of new diode blocks and flex mount for mirror. Killer DPSS beam quality with DrLava's optics.

Nothing to hide....copper blocks, one base and one for diode bolted together with #2-56 SHCS, machined to hold diode directly, G-2 lens in cylinder, on machined way to hold first cylinder lens, 2.5mm hole filter, and final cylinder lens. Tec has a centralised hole for ease of securing to baseplate. Thermistor is tucked into a deep hole very close to the diode. Runs at a setpoint of 20 deg C in CW. Now he wants a smaller laser.
