NWLEM - Portland, Oregon - June 10th-12th, 2011

What a weekend that was! Thanks everyone for coming together to make NWLEM Mark I a success! I had a really good time and I was very happy to see everything come together the way it did.

I'll try to get started on the next one here soon so we can plan it out even more.


In other news, I'm sitting on a nice pile of flashlights. While I'd love to just send them out, I need a couple bucks to do so. ($5) I had originally planned to distribute them at the meet and it looked like they were going to make it until a distributor decided to use FedEx Ground, causing the lot of them to get stuck over in Bend with Pat who was BAD ASS enough to engrave them all completely last minute on the off chance we could pick them up, which didn't quite pan out.

Anyway, PayPal me $5 and I'll send you your flashlight. Below is the complete list of recipients.

them flashlights did turn out pretty well, I was a bit afraid of the small engraving area but they filled out nicely. WIsh I could have made it but graduating the daughter took priority that weekend. Hurry up boys pay old jonathan and get your flashlights in your hands, thats a quality item right there clark.

You're going to SELEM?! Heck yeah! (Or I'll just send it out to you and chalk up the postage as a table-rental and delivery fee.

I've made two attempts to print out the labels, both resulting in all of the funds for postage being held for ~14 days, thanks to USPS Click-N-Ship and their apparent hatred of Firefox. I will soon try again with good old IE. I love how the USPS page tells you to leave the window open to make sure the labels print, but if they don't you're still screwed.

My apologies for the delay thus far. They'll get out one way or another.
