QuickShow Problem... Please Help ..Cant start program!

So I downloaded the .ILD files from the forum here and I put them into the cues and saved the workspace and exited the program. Now when I open the program it gives me an error and wont let me start the program and forces me to close. There is no way I can open the program now Someone please help

What kind of error ?

Maybe moving your last saved workspace to another location will force QS to open with an empty workspace.

Otherwise re-installing QS can't be that hard.

It doesnt say what kind of error, I tried to load other workspaces with the cues that caused the error not on it and it still wont let me open the program... I guess I have no choice but to reinstall... I never saw a program that never lets you open it on an error....sucksssss

If you have a problem with QS, log it with Pangolin via the contact form on the website. They are usually very quick to respond, although might be slightly delayed due to Pro Light and Sound exhibition.

Duh! Thats why its an error!

And you obviously haven't used Firefox....



And agreed, its hardly difficult to reinstall to a different location.... have you tried loading QS with your FB3 connected, just in case the license bit has got lost somehow?

Unistall QS.

Then put back the latest version and re-try.

I'm not aware of a problem with ILD files although I haven't pulled any in recently.

308 is available throught the QS downloads page. Some people have 312 which they may be able to give you.
