Opamp/laser harp help please?

Just another question. I'v got a new line driver and installed it, and it does work and I can now scan at full angle, however, the beams seem to rock side to side slowly and in a random pattern. It's clearly interference or instability somewhere in the DAC/opamp power supply, but how would I go about minimizing it?

Odds are its Vref to the dac. I'd really need to see a schematic at this point.
