I just sent Greg a PM about sharing a room.

However, he is going to be staying Monday night as well. I'm leaving Monday.

I don't yet know if he is willing to carry the whole cost of the room for Monday night or not

That's funny. Greg is the guy I talked to earlier today about splitting a room, sorry I beat you to it, Dave! I have a good solution though. Aaron called a bit ago asking to share a room but I was already locked in with Greg. Since Aaron and Greg are staying for the LSO, maybe it's best they share a room. I'm also leaving on Sunday so, Dave, if you're interested and Aaron and Greg can agree, want to split a room?

Sorry it took me so long to update the registration list! It's up to date now, and I've also added the special guest section.

I can't make many plans at this point until I get approval to go; based on my funds I was also going to rely heavily on charity... I have more beam shows than cash at the moment... As you see, I haven't even paid for registration, although I currently do have enough for the LSO course along with registration. Food was my next goal; I had free lodging until last week when the person I was going to stay with had to back out due to conflicting plans. I may set up a tent in the HIE lobby; we seem to take that area over completely.

I haven't visited the hotel's website. I figured I would try this first. If no one had a bed available, then I would just book a room myself

Yes but it is not a foldout couch - they give one or two rollaways for the rest-I bring an airbed and fill it using the hairdryer. The suites have two TVs, a desk and a full kitchen with stove and fridge( gotta keep dem beers frosty)

BTW--I suspect there will be others needing to share suites (best deal too) they are all first -imers(next yr they will be back and booking rooms earlier imo) One of my riders is wanting a rollaway in a suite--PM me plz and I will put you both in touch..

BIG favor to ask...

Sam should be getting in LATE wed night(w/ Brad & son) and needs a real bed(at HIE or the other Inn) to rest on until I get there on Thru noonish-- Jonathon has kindly offered his bed(and sez he will sleep on the floor) but I think somebody will have an empty bed and we dont want Jonathon to NOT get a good nites sleep( ya know how cranky he can get!! J/K)

So if you can help out wth this plz PM me so I can pass that along to Sam.

Double rooms can be changed for a suite at ANY time- as we sleep mostly when we get home- four in a suite @ ~28$+tax is a great deal-( hint- take the mattress OFF the rollaway and put it on the floor- mo betta that way)
