Is Digi-Synth going to be at SELEM? I thought last year they stated in the fall that they would be.

They really wanted to come, and at one point both Matt and Chuck were planning to attend. Unfortunately, things have heated up with another one of their products (ChromaCove, if you're curious), and as a result neither one of them will be able to make it. Better luck next year, I guess.

It doesn't matter; either one will work. Note that if you pay as "gift", we don't get hit with paypal fees. (Paypal takes $1.75 out of every registration that is paid with a credit card.)

This year we are going to be OK on finances, thanks to a rush of people who signed up in the last few weeks. That's a big relief! As always, any excess will be donated to PL to help cover bandwidth and hosting fees.

Newbies: Bring some sort of small flashlight because it will often be very dark in the building. Doesn't have to be powerful. Just bright enought to see where you are going.

Thanks for reminding me of that, Gary! This is very important... Even a penlight is enough, but you'll want something to help you see while you're moving around the auditorium.

Also, it's been posted before, but please remember to bring lots of extra cables. Power, network, audio, ILDA, everything! If you've got spares, bring them, because chances are good that you or someone else will need them. Be sure to label your stuff as well.
