    Nah, not to worry -

    There will be PLENTY of opportunity to meet everyone.
    These meets are very informal, with people scattered all over the place at any given time...

    You will have plenty of time to meet people during the event. Yes, shows will be playing in the auditorium, but there are other things going on behind the curtain on-stage, as well as in the lobby area and in the hallway and dressing room areas. You'll meet all kinds of people in those areas! Plus there will be times that we'll have to turn the house lights on in the auditorium, giving you more chances to meet folks in there. Finally, every night after we shut down, we head to a local watering hole for more celebration. That's another good time to meet people...

    Trust me, by the end of the weekend, you will have had a chance to meet just about everyone in attendance.

    It's at Bistro 127 in Hickory. We will be there a little after 6 PM, and will probably stay there until at least 10 PM, if not later. Call us when you get in town. (My cell # is 843 324-0735) Also, if you get into town very late, check the conference room at the Holiday Inn Express. There may be some night-owls down there having a little party... Some of those guys stay up past 2 AM!

    Hey Gary;

    Give me a call when you get in town. The Bistro is not off the usual exit that people take to get to the hotel or the venue. (Most people get off I-40 at exit 130 or 132 to get to the Holiday Inn Express.) The Bistro is in Hickory, and you'll want to get off either at exit 125 or 123. (125 is probably easiest...) It's a little off the beaten path, but once you get on state road 127 (center street) you should be OK. Still, I'd use your GPS just to be safe.

    Basically, the key is to grab a power-nap once you finish your third serving of breakfast that they start putting out around 4 or so..

    Glad to hear it. Thanks for letting me know. I don't feel bad about not making the pre-dinner tomorrow now. Next year will be different. I'll be there even for the unloading... money issues have really gotten me this month but I'm still going to make it

    Oh my god.... Please tell me you're joking Johnathan. Do you really stay up long enough that you get to eat breakfast without going to sleep?

    You guys are hard-core. No doubt about it. (I just can't hang with that...) Still, I'm sure there will be lots of younger folks in that party room this year.
