I thought it was hysterical. I didn't mean it in a bad way. I guess my post didn't come across quite right.
Sorry.
Chris
So much talk about this phenomenon, but did anyone see how casio did the green colour in their laser projector? (before scraping those damn diodes I mean)
They did it in a very clever way...
maybe this is a silly repply, but why does so little people mention it? how they obtain the green colour! (I was amazed), genial.
I'm getting old very quickly, but I think someday with just a blueish laser and the proper dye, someone wil find a way of colimating that white light...
cheers
It was mentioned lots in the early days when 'we' (some clever folk, not me at all...) first discovered the casio projectors. I suspect why you don't hear about it now, is that for most of the people here its old news.
Cool, but old....

You are using Bonetti's defense against me, ah?
I thought it fitting, considering the rocky terrain.
hi norty303.
I can't imagine what is old for you.
I know how many times you talk about it.
But really, i was away from photonlexicon for a long (too much I think) time.
And this shit of talking three languages at a time is killing me!
So mY dear friend, despite I am in a hurry to finish my thesys about "the laser semiconductor in 2D and 3D applications", I cannot think in anything else but wtf are they talking about?
Hope this repply don't bore anyone. Soon, very soon I hope I'll come back with all my skill's... And those heavy collimators that I have to "round" that son of a b....
And please don't suspect anything about anyone. If you have facts, then call me an asshole. Just joking...lol
with best regards to all of you my friends.
I'm tired...
But life still goes on...
And so do I.
