They are single mode. I am not sure the exact divergence.

Just put in an order for a 445 diode and a 638/300mw diode from ya DTR :] Any word on the 500mw mitsu 638s yet? Maybe put a hold on my order if they're coming in soon.. and not too expensive ..

I was told a week on the 500mW diodes. I am going to grab one for testing as I am not sure yet if they are worth the extra money.

I keep getting new estimates from my supplier but I don't want to say anything as they keep pushing the ETA back. At this point I can not even be sure they will ever materialize.

But on the bright side I have an new batch of the 300mW's on the way and they will be $55 per diode shipped.
