Well I got 4 on the way for testing. Even if only usable for beam shows, at that price it should be well worth it.

7 minutes of abuse @ 1.5A
And the best part is that after the run I checked the heatsink and I just barley felt warmth from it.
Wow, the max current on the spec sheet says 480mA. That's pushing it! I'm surprised it didn't blow immediately!
A more detailed testing has been posted on these including wavelength shift.

Hi DTR
About your lens that you have on your store the:
405-G-2 are this also good for red?
I'm thinking on putting and order soon.
Thanks and cheers,
Ed
The G-2 is what I tested with. Some have said the 650-G-1 would have even a little more power transmission. The quantity of 635's is down to only one so you may want to grab it quick.(No Pressure)It won't let you order after it goes to zero until I change the button to a pre-order for the next batch that should be here by Thursday next week.
Here are the different lenses I tested with.
405-G-2
O-Like 405-445 Glass
AR coated acrylic for RED

^^^^^^Nope you should have received a shipping notice. If you can push the button it will ship immediately. All items except one that just came in about 10 minutes ago have been shipped. It is now after 4pm(Pick up time for the mail) so any order that comes in now will ship in the morning.![]()
I didn't mean to imply that no one at LPF is interested in scanner based laser-shows.. I just thought .. the name is Laser pointer forums, .. Well, any-hoo.. Great research on this LD that you all are doing over there.. I just put in an order for 1 in your store DTR. Thanx for offering blues and reds and research (including the wavelength shift graph) .. nice.Originally posted by DTR:
