(I'm not 100% sure what I say), but inside a new kvant 1W module, there are 6 diodes HL63133DG, but no wave plate, no PBS, the 6 diodes are in a array 2x3 not (1x3)*2
Kvant gives the half angle on their website; 0.8mrad so 1.6mrad full angle.

yes, it's an array of 6 diode, the 6 beam are clearly visible when projected. But with a bit of distance you don't see them anymore. The divergance is really good, around 1.3/1.4mrad.
Why the cheap bleu ? Simple, I started with them before getting the green and then the red. They are gonna get remove and remplace with a 2W 445nm from Kvant again
