Laser Diode Driver for 445nm

I am looking to buy a Driver for analog modulation for a 1 or 2 445nm Diode, thing is i need to have it at my location CA on Friday, i don't mind buying one day or overnight shipping and a little more for the Driver, please let me know if someone can help me out.

I do have a module here dual module from Dave, and everything else, just need the driver till the new once i have on order are here. Mine died... .
