LOL.... I know we're finally getting close but... the desperate need to see graphics on something other than crappy 25k galvos has been festering way too long and makes one do rash things!

Plus, I've been buying all these parts and the fact that I don't know shit about putting a projector together helped make this a worthwhile deal. (Yes... I'm trying to rationalize....)

And... do you REALLY think a bunch of laser geeks at SELEM are in any position to be able to perform an intervention??? "Hey, Ya gotta stop buying these things!" Something about the whole environment doesn't make that sound like it would work! LOL

    Wink

Sounds like you are single... A woman in the house is a good way to limit the number of laser related items being brought into said house.

Brad, you bring up a good point. having your intervention at SELEM would be like having an AA meeting in the meeting of a fraternity party.

Yeah...very single. Crazy as it sounds...I'd take the woman over the lasers. Been too long. And might just be cheaper!

Chaps, what will be the safest description of the contents of this flightcase to put on the customs declaration into the States?

That may be a rough one; I am partial to lighting device but that was before wicked's more recent notice by customs.
