Not a single cigarette since June 1. That's 6 months for me.
I have indulged in a cigar or two in the past month, but that's different right?

So long as you don't inhale Wayne
I'm not trying to quit, but I am down to less than 1 a day on some days, so really what I would now consider an occasional smoker. I smoke because I want to now, not because I need to.

You are using Bonetti's defense against me, ah?
I thought it fitting, considering the rocky terrain.
3 years for me & still an occasional feel like I could use one. Just out of the blue I think "let grab one of my smokes" which haven't existed all this time hehe. Keep up the great work guys you are saving a ton of $$$$. Also why not put a pic of the "blackened lung" as a screensaver just to help put you in the right spirit. At this point I feel I beat the system that had me by the you know where. I tried a single one last year that disgusted me. Couldn't get past 2 puffs. I'm proud of you quitters for taking this challenge.~jimmy
p.s. don't get like this![]()
