ok...new version, but I always have my problems...
Sometimes, when I'm playing a show, one of the laser stop emitting, and on the preview window, the image of this laser is frozen (the second laser is always working, including in the preview window.)
If I click "stop button", the show off, but when I press play, I have a message "thread 1 is already running".

The only way to have LSX working after that, is turning off LSX, open task manager and close "realtime.exe" (who still here even if LSX is closed)

This happen very often when I'm playing in the live section and when I'm changing settings (size, safety zones....) in a show while it's playing.

    I'm running on a laptop with win7 family premium, SP1, Intel core I5 2410M 2.3Ghz 4Go Ram 64bits..
    I have two easylase1.

What am I doing wrong ? help me please !

kl79, this week I have seen this with my win7 64 installation also. On windows XP, it behaves normally. I am looking into why it does this occasionally on win7 64, and the next update should take care of this, and also the animation editor and time editor opening delay I've seen on win7 64.

yeah its great. i was one of the first LSX users and helped andrew fix alot of things. some may think its not fun to have bugs in software...well when you notify of the bugs and they gotten fixed usally within 24 hours...its 100% great, id almost say fun.
LSX is great also by the great support andrew gives. He really studied that source code of LDS and is really pro in coding!

BTW: i played 3 shows i made and didnt encounter your problems above.
    I have 7 64bit ultimate.

btw honestly what i dont like about LSX is its savety zone settings right now. one part is full power for example, while the other one is on savety. Wich makes one big click of power, really noticable. at pangolin shows i didnt see this. its more fading.
You are unique! Just like everyone else...

ok, this one is almost licked, pending some testing.

borgqueenx, I've sat inside the safety zone of 'the other guys' output and it's not a fade, it has a sharp drop in power, too. Which is what a safety zone is for, you don't use a safety zone if you don't want to drop power immediately in that area. I'd guess you didn't notice it as much for some other reason. The amount of power you want to drop is adjustable in LSX settings.

See the previous page, post 240 the major changes are there. By the way, I JUST uploaded a new update, version 20111210. It has some GUI speed improvements for Windows Vista, 7 (which apparently in several aspects are slower than XP), and a few other changes including a some new interesting events.

here's a little show i've been working on in LSX..

suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.
