Arse, thats the dealbreaker for me right there. It took me so long to get my iPhone back to how I wanted it after doing the jailbreak on 4.2.1 that I'm not sure i have it in me to upgrade to 4.3 just yet....Minimum system requirements: iOS 4.3 or greater installed on any "iDevice"

...only because CoreMIDI functionality is required.

You can modify the ipa to work on al versions of the iphone/ipad. as long as it's jailbroken

The iPhone version is OK; I feel it is a little bit "gimicky" in all honesty. Good for tinkering etc... (Don't upgrade your 3G - it ran like a dog on mine, and I promptly reverted back to 3.3)
However with the iPad version I could almost see myself being able to happily run a full live show off it. More >> screen estate == Awesome
