    I think he may have been referring to the health factors of fumes from heated cyano, but I'm just guessing.

    Yeah that was my concern.

    Like I said I wasn't trying to be at all pedantic, I was just interested in the method because of the factor of using heat to release the cyano.

    I usually use a tiny piece of double sided tape to hold the mirror in place and allow for fine positioning, then epoxy to hold in place properly. Look for bear brand double sided tape - it's sticky stuff..
