I'm a tester and was just posting a reminder due to a few recent incidents.

Hadn't seen the feature in version 1 but if it's in there then yep you have every right to ask about it.

You might also consider being more polite next time as I'm presuming you still want people to help you.

You are using Bonetti's defense against me, ah?

I thought it fitting, considering the rocky terrain.

What's there to get over Norty?

I'm one of many testers on here, nothing special. However, to recount something you may not be aware of, a while a go someone on here decided to report to Pangolin that I'd be letting slip details of Beyond (before it was released) when in fact all I'd done was republish what Bill had already said publicly in other threads. However, that led to a conversation between Bill and myself over the whole thing that also led to a re-stressing of the fact that Pangolin do not want details of un-released software publishing on these or any other boards and if that happens they may stop public testing which in turn withdraws the privilege many of us enjoy of seeing software in advance before release. Whilst it was accepted I'd done no wrong, this does nevertheless bring to the fore the whole point that testing of un-released features is secret and therefore publishing of them should be avoided so as to avoid the withdrawal of those testing privileges.

OK so the OP hadn't let anything slip in this case, accepted. That doesn't negate the fact that in the absence of knowing that at the point of posting, it was entirely correct to make a polite reminder to protect the privileges of everyone else who's testing.

I agree - get over yourself.
Of course I would like help in the future but I hadn't realise I was addressing ONLY a tester rather than someone who had more experience with the product.

If you did't know - you should say so rather than get on your "I'm a tester" high horse.

You might want to download Build 399 and take a look at some new features.
